I paid for a room with a balcony but it was not available upon arrival. The hotel had ants in the room. I don't like that.

the location was indeed practical. it was a short walk to montmartre, about five minutes (a nice morning stroll). the staff was helpful, especially with storing luggage both before check-in and after check-out. the room itself was clean and everything i needed was available.
the room was a bit small, and the bathroom felt even smaller. it was a tight squeeze to get into the shower. someone larger might find it difficult to manage comfortably.

The hotel staff was very friendly. The location was super with many metro stations nearby. I could easily walk to Pigalle, Montmartre, and Notre Dame. The breakfast was very good.

the hotel location is convenient near montmartre with multiple metro stations within walking distance. nearby restaurants and cafes offer numerous dining options. i found the staff friendly and helpful .
the shower grout had some yellowing or mold. i found the hairdryer stopped working after approximately 30 seconds. soap dispensers were empty too i only had tiny packets of soap.

the hotel is near major attractions it has easy access to transport links. i noticed clean stairs . there were supermarkets close to the hotel too.
